Energy production is dominated by fossil fuels - petroleum, coal, and natural gas. These resources are finite and their combustion is widely believed to contribute to global warming. Because of resource exhaustion, or environmental impacts, current energy sources are not sustainable for an indefinite period.

Sustainable Energy Businesses extends the horizon for energy use, ultimately for an unlimited future. Companies do this by:

• extending fossil energy reserves and their use through non-conventional advanced technology,
• utilizing renewable resources,
• enhancing the efficiency of energy use, or

Camino is interested in companies located anywhere in the world, that derive a meaniful portion of their revenue from Sustainable Energy activities and are publicly traded.
